HA! that's the fun part, he's not. he's simply standing on it. as is Scarlett in the one below:

including an original 1982 straight-arm Scarlett i got from the US (revenge for all those lost Red Lasers). Interestingly, she has no peg-hole, so she's simply balanced on the figure stand.

i like the rocket pack trooper, he looks cool.

well, if you ask Andy nicely (like i did) he might make one for you.

i just looked at Scarlett's page on yojoe. she's the only Joe with no peg-holes in her feet. nor does Quarrel have them...

I can see Cobra Commander plotting with Destro as to how to get rid of Serpentor.
