Don't hold your breath Baron, we are about a year behind the states on the latest GI Joe figures/vehicles and we are getting a selection of what is released over there, rather than the whole line. I very much doubt we'll see this repaint over here any time soon if at all.

Still you can get them easily enough off Ebay and a few online retailers. How large is your Shadow force anyway? For vehicles I can do:

3 Hyena's
4 Shadowtraks
2 Laser Exterminators
1 Roboskull
1 Escape Armour

Gotta get me some more basic Red Shadow troops though, all those vehicles has kinda depleted my infantry to man them!

For those that are interested, several of the reissued vehicles and some of the figure sets that come out over here are "exclusives" with one toy store or another. This Crimson Attack Tank is an exclusive with KBtoys. So the URL above in the first post, is the only online store that will have this. There are also some people selling them on, on EBay.

Bit expensive starting at ?29.99 but for you Red Shadows it would be a Godsend and might even give you a fighting chance.

Just found the variant version, which has the colours reversed:

Here's the original:

Here's my favourite:

Here's a cheap spin-off:

And it's evil twin:

And here's the best:

I'm a US collector and I thought I'd set strait a few things.

The "cheap spin off" version happens to be the original, which was made in 1982 in the US as the MOBAT. This was the original. NOT a fake. It was molded in solid green. In 1983 it's treds were changed.

Then came the Canadian exclusive version. It was molded in solid black and sold as the Cobra Tank.
http://www.yojoe.com/international/cana ... tank.shtml

After that came the "reversed colors variation". This was a Sears exclusive vehicle in the US and sold as the CAT. It was molded in black with red guns.

Then came your Z Force Battle Tank, which obviously due to time of releases, is not the original. It didn't even come second.

Then we made a second MOBAT in 1998. This version was the first to not have the tow hook.
http://www.yojoe.com/vehicles/98/mobat/

Finally we come to the CAT II. made of red plastic with black guns. This too, has no tow hook.

I do not intend to come off as mean or a jerk. But I would like credit to be given where credit is due. To call the original of something a fake or a rip off is a slap in the face. It seems to me that pictures were posted without proper research being done.

I have been a big fan of your G.I. Joe style Action Force figures for some time. It gave me more to hunt for after completing my US collection. But ignorance to accept what came first is just saddening to me. I've accepted that Transformers originated in Japan and that mine are repaints. It's the same case here.
