Blood for the Baron!

I got a z force command centre a few weeks ago and excited wasnt the word. I like the base, prison etc but the gun's are total crap! The red one's just clip onto the wall and dont move at all and the black one (on the stand) just about swivels and dosnt elevate. I suppose i should have realised from pictures of it but i was expecting them to be better than the older big red machine guns that are on the cardboard hq (i dont think that these are realistic at all - unlike the small arms that the troops carry). Im sure they could have done better?

It never bothered me to be honest, they were just peripherals, it's a great playset.

Now I think of it, what used to bother me was the Z Force Helicopter pad and the car jack that didn't fit the Z Force jeep!

Also, the roof doesn't fit right unless you take off the aeriel.

it's still a great playset though, only trouble i have with it is my hands are to big to be able mess around without knocking over everything inside,

Doesn`t the aeriel fit onto the boat when you put it on the jeep?
There is a hole on the bottom of the boat in the middle.

The big black gun looks familiar.. was it, or part of it used on the Satellite Defence?

Nope, that would be the Panther [GI Joe VAMP] gun.

But having said that, the lump on the control is taken from the Laser Exterminator [GI Joe HAL].

It also showed up in the Triad.

The big black gun is larger than you think. It is about the same size as the Sat defence as a whole.

When I got mine last year it took pride of place on the coffee table in the living room for a few weeks.

Wow I've never seen the base in th flesh so to speak..didn't realise it was that big, how does the cardboard one measure up to this one?
