Painted SAS logos

The jeep is known to have the painted logos, never realised the MMS had them too.
There`s one up on Ebay at the moment, got one here too, pity the rest of its missing though

Hmm, my two MMS are both stickered (well, one has no stickers at all). I wonder if this is a wave 1 / wave 2 variation, and if so, are these two different sets of stickers?

These are the only markings/stickers on it. somehow I removed the support legs without breaking it?????????????

I never knew of that MMS variation, thanks for that!
Makes me wonder how many other vehicles have painted logos, along with this and the panther.
And whether, like the Baron said, this is a variation before Series 2 waves 1 and 2, or possibly a difference between country of manufacture.
Very interesting. I think I'll go get my anorak....

My garage of bits and bobs is throwing out all sorts of useful items this weekend.

Hi all im new to the boards, i just wanted to say the printed sas mms is mine that is on ebay, i would do a shameless link to it but im not sure how! I know it sounds bad that my first post is about selling something of mine but im not that bad- honest!
