WTF they are doing thier level best to drive small sellers away not drive buyers to them!

i see your point, but so many people are using it now this would happen with any business.
i think the answer is for people to do more business through forums etc. & then everyone is happy. the reason people use ebay is to maximise what they can make, so ebay are gonna do the same! it's all business.

I fully agree with Ross. One of the reasons I stopped selling through eBay a while ago.

people seem to think ebay is there to provide a service, but it's actually there to make money, even if their charges are unfair.
