they look really interesting, another 3 3/4 figure line from the 80's.
I like that patrol boat armed to the teeth,
is that Rambo in the corner?
not quite that cheap though!

This Italian line is a mash-up of molds from various toy companies. The figures and powerboat are Remco Defenders of Peace and/or equivalent toy line.
The accessories originate from Galoob's Gen. Patch and A-Team, but can also be found in loads of toylines:
