There is a cheap one on ebay USA atm, around about that price iirc.

For that size an item, I'd doubt it. Item number: 120393755594 Here's one, about 4 pounds 81p including postage, according to xe.com. If you get one of the later Scarlett figures, you can get figure and black bow for not much more. I too am in need of one, so I've been hunting......
