ok, the guy i know who is a pro sculptor will think about sculpting some new shad heads for 25th figures but wants to see an original in person, so if someone can help me out...... i can return it afterwards + hopefully some heads for your trouble!
thinking they should be VERY similar to the originals, but maybe round the mask off a little bit more, just so it fits in with the new style figures.
he's also about to start work directing a zombie movie (has retired from the toy biz to pursue directing) & i should be up for an extra as a f#@kin zombie!

i think i have 1 spare shad head left so if i send it i really would need it back.
love me some zombies. do you know the name of the film.
one of the projects i'm working on is a zombie comic set in belfast.
originally planned as an ongoing, finances have dictated that i chop it down to around the size of a graphic novel.
its a lot harder than i thought tho. what previously would have taken a whole issue has had to be chopped down to a couple of pages. rewrites fukin kill me.
helped out on a zombie film a couple of years ago but the director was a prick and wanted me to babysit his child while he got on with the good stuff. i went for coffee and never went back. film was shite too.
ok startin to ramble, need more coffee.

Ross would your mate be able to cast original shad heads along with 25th version?
possibly even sculpt them with a neck ball to fit later joe figs?
i'm sure most of the customisers here would prefer the original version, although i would like all versions.

if everything goes to plan, "FIST FULL OF BLOOD"
it's a kevin eastman movie (creator of teenage mutant ninja turtles) & my friend knows him as he worked on figures for him back in the day.
they have been talking for a while & now they are doing this together!
cowboys, zombies & vampires!
working on the funds now, should start soon!
no worries on returning the head dude, i get it straight back.

that would be a no-go, he hates working on this small a scale, was hard enough to talk him into heads, even know he's only semi sure!
im still toying around with making a red lazer helmet for kraken wakes (no idea what hi real name is!) if i figure anything out i'll let you know!

If you click on the 'store' at the top of the page, there seems to be someone already doing this

i think Ross is focusing on 25th conversion kits.
