I bought a boxed ASP from evil bay, and paid on 13th jan. I havent had anything in the post and the guy doesnt reply to emails.

Does anyone know this guy 'audiolad77', or know if hes a member here?

Its not ahuge amount of money but thats not really the point.

Just noticed he has some new negative feedback from someone who didnt receive a 12" Han Carb.

Anyone know this guy?

Sorry dude, never dealt with the guy, I remember his recent auctions. I'd give it another week or so and if you don't recieve or hear anything then file a claim

I bought a carded red shadow and black major off audiolad about 10 days ago and communication was easy and the toys arrived well packaged and as described so from my point of view he has been a good e-bayer.

Hi mate nah not heard of him but give him a few more days if not email him saying you are going to claim I just dont think it's fair when you buy something and it takes a longggggggggggggg time to get to you espcially with no comms from the seller.

Don't know this guy, but I had a seller send me the item 4 weeks to the day that I paid for it. He didn't respond to comms either. I started a claim via paypal which seemed to shake him in to action.

THanks guys.

I checked his feedback out and someone bought a Cobra officer from him and obviously got it.

Also interesting that redrage had no problems.

Maybe the guys gone on holiday or something?

Will get it another week and then start a dispute i suppose. Big pain in the arse though.

Sorry about out bidding you gung-hoeddie. Maybe we should let each other no when a member here is going to bid on something, so we dont bid against one another.

no worries lewis, i'd sooner lose to a forum member to be honest, at least i know it's going to a good home, i find most things you want come around again at some point, did the asp turn up?

no its still not arrived, and no contact from the seller. noticed he hasnt listed anything new recently either so dont know if maybe somethings happened to him?
Either way i'm going to start a paypal claim soon, just i have some items selling on ebay and i want to get the payment on for those first and into my bank account before i start the claim. last thing i want is paypal deciding to close my account for whatever reason when i have money in there!
