I know of a couple of guys here in the States that have black Hyenas and they're not the type to get suckered in so I would say it's a legit release.
I never got excited over them, because I consider it to simply be a "sticker variation" and my collecting focus has always been on stuff that is more unique. On the other hand, some of those AF vehicles look pretty spiffy sporting the UK stickers.....
