Hi I know it's totally off topic but I watched Aliens last night not Alien Aliens lol not seem it for some years but MY GOD what a great film why is it you can always remember all the cheesy lines in films like that haha CLASSIC.....................

The directors cut is far superior, I cant remember the last time I watched the theatrical version.

It's got to on my top ten films list..along with Ghostbusters & Gremlins!
Hot toys made some brill' & almost Joe/A.F. scale figures,a bit fragile but very detailed..they even come in "Alien" egg shaped containers.

Yeah got to be one of my fav films along with Ghostbusters Predator Gremilns ect ect heres a pic of my limited edition Alien head sculpt that came with the quadriliogy all the DVD'S fit in it's head

I still prefer the original ALIEN, by a rather huge margin too. No other film I saw back when I was a nipper still scares me now as an adult except the Ridley Scott original. The atmosphere, the claustrophobia, the tension... all make it a pefect example of the genre to me.
ALIENS... Well I loved it at the time, but to be honest I'm not as keen now. I see it as an 'action film with monsters' rather than true 'horror', and while it has some great "BOO!" moments, I don't get the atmosphere of dread I did (and still do) from the first one.

Yeah the first is a classic because of the suspense it had I mean how good is it when Dallas is in the ships tunnels thats suspense for ya!!!
