Loving that colelction Neil! Can honestly say none spring to mind as missing. I've given up on the idea of completing series 1 - I'll still buy if something good comes along, but as far as I can guess all the rare stuff is now in the hands of collectors amd unlikely to filter through Ebay in the foreseeable future! I hope I'm wrong though!
Interesting to see the card for the Mountain and Arctic actually has a picture of it on there - that's something none of the others seemed to have in any of the later ranges isn't it? They seemed to be replaced by an advert for the comic, or somewhat bizarrely on the Satellite Defence, a boast of how it "featured underwater weapons". Not entirely sure what use they are in space, but there you go!

Just thought I'd share - Mountain and Arctic was my first ever AF toy when I was a lad! I can still actually remember opening it, such was my excitement. I've still got the same one as the only one in my collection today - one leg is superglued into a "sitting" position (it was tricky to decide whether to permanently confine him to the vehicle, or never allow him to drive it again - well, tricky as a young boy, obviously. I believe that, and whether I wanted a Curly Whirly or a Marathon from the shop, were my huge decisions of the day!). And it shall remain my only (loose) one, as a tribute to days gone by!

My first 2 were the

captain and radio operator bought at the same time. Then came the Infantry man and attack cannon.

Jonesy, a really wondeful collection. Superb.
SteveD, thanks for pointing out the pic on the Mountain and Arctic - I'd never noticed that before. Very strange that they put the picture on it! Interesting.
