Once again I have to go with the U.K. character, for one simple reason: the American "Doc" is "dead". He died in the same issue as Breaker, when a S.A.W. (Semi-Automatic Weapons) Viper mowed him down with a burst of 50. cal. (See the Breaker vs. Breaker thread.)
