I have many fond memories of the "Ricochet Racer" !!!

basically it was a shotgun that was capable of firing a small car (or action figure)

you had to load the car into an empty shell then pull back the firing mechanism then unleash hell !

it was designed to fire a plastic car along the floor, but was much more fun with small diecast matchbox cars aimed at siblings !

hours of fun !!!!!!

I had one of those. And a wrist racer too.

I've never seen a Ricochet Racer in the flesh, so to speak, only in books & online toy guides...apparently there's a trick to override the safety mechanism & turn it into a car launching mortar.
