No the Night Creepers are firing arrows it's artistic licence so it looks like the arrows are being fired by the Mamba

ya more confirmation, however Phil Kost from the JOERELOADED.COM forums has said he was told it was NOT a comic book cover from concetropolis , who is the company that has and is doing the comic packs so we might not bet getting this cover, Phils usually right on these things as he has lots of contacts

If it's not the cover then could it possibly be from interiors?
