Smallville unaired pilot episode.

Okey-doke, I realise this is a bit of a random subject to drop in here, (and I don't mean random the way the bloody kids mean it..., I mean actually
RANDOM!). But a while ago a bought a dvd off ebay, (thankfully not too expensive £££!) of the unaired pilot episode of Smallville. It was mostly the same as the aired version, but with a few slight differences and a COMPLETELY different woman playing Clark's mum, Martha.
Anyway, I played the disc once, enjoyed it, and then ever since the disc has registered as being "in-valid". Its like it just corrupted right after the first viewing,
Mission Impossible stylee.
I haven't been able to get a replacement.
Anybody know where I might find one? Cheers!

Try looking for a torrent, isohunt is best as it browses most of the torrent sites. At worst just google Smallville pilot torrent.
I have a similar Buffy pilot, virtually the same as episode 1 but with a different (and crap) Willow.
Other options are to try and rescue the disc, either maing a new copy, or disassemblingit using DVD Decrypter and rebuilding it using DVD Shrink - I get all of my software from Demonoid

.

Oh, and this section is supposed to be the Off-Topic forum, the names have changed over the years and it now looks like Action Force Chat - I shall address that over the weekend.

Holy Crap, dude! I have NO idea what any of that meant. For a

-fan I'm a bit of a technological dinosaur. I could send you the disc if you like? In its current state its worthless to me, so if you think there's a chance you could rebuild it, please do! I'd pay you with

-goodies but I'm sure you've already got everything, ha ha!

Found it. Here's what you need to do.
Click on this, it is a download for Bit Comet:
http://download.bitcomet.com/bitcomet/b ... _setup.exe
Once it is downloaded, install Bit Comet.
Then click on this, it is a download for a Smallville torrent:
http://isohunt.com/download/14555757/sm ... ot.torrent
Once it is downloaded, click on the torrent file. It should automatically open in Bit Comet.
First thing you will get is a pop-up box named Task Properties. Untick "Select All" in the bottom right-hand corner.
Tick the first file in the list: "Smallville - 1x100 - Unaired Pilot (DivX).avi"
Click OK.
Then just wait for it to reach 100%
