Best and worst Design of Figures (excluding Joe Repaints)

What do you think the best and worst original Palitoy figure designs were?

My Personal Votes would be:
Original Action Force -
Best - Desert Rat
Worst - Deep Sea Diver

Second Release - Batch 1
Best - Red Shadow
Worst -Initial choice was the Muton, but Ive now reconsidered to RED VULTURE

Second Release - Batch 2
Best - Space Engineer
Worst - Z Force Medic

Got to agree about the space engineer, didnt get one those beauties until last year, but well worth the wait.

Anyway the Space Engineer was cool as he was a chunky figure with rubber pipes! Also the fact that it was a completely new sculpt added to it (my other favourite late figure would be the Kraken). The Space Engineer also looks just right in a line up with the other figures from the Space Force range.

Some of the other wave 2 figures just didnt look quite right (the Z Force Medic + Minesweeper) were nice enough figures but didnt quite fit in right with the look of Z Force, the Attack trooper was again a nice figure but just didnt quite click for me in terms of design.

Mr Muton youve convinced of the error in my ways (That and my recently acquired complete loose Muton)

When you look at a complete figure as opposed to one with missing bits from its head it looks a lot better!

Ive changed my Mind

My new choice is for The Worst Wave 1 Action Force Figure is (and I dont know why I d idnt think of this before).................Red Vulture

Just a red shadow with black gloves (if you were lucky)

Cool biography, but the figure does not look right in a vehicle as the arms are bent the wrong way! Why couldnt they have put straight arms (from the space pilot) on the figure.

They do come up fairly frequently on ebay, I picked up one as part of bulk lot recently, so Ive got a pair now. But, like most wave 2 figures they are less common than the wave 1, and the price does reflect that.

There was a nice pair on ebay last week, a skeletron and kraken, they went for 5.75
