Oi Meertoh! These are fuggin excellent.

Also reminded me - ich habe auch some sensitive youthful scratched-scribblings, but they will take an aeon to regurgitate: but more egregiously, I've remembered that I wrote and annotated an :af: comic in my post :AFLogo: tedium. And also wrote a short :AFLogo: novella! The latter involved :eagle2: and :quick: (mich myself) saving the day with a finale involving parachuting from Concorde?!?!?

I think the novel was about 30 pages (typed, 12pt) and the comic about 20 A4 pages. takes on :baroness: in Switzerland or something, it was a bit like the Vanyo'ed Baroness biopic and the Gibli saga combined. Oh the delusions of youth.

Just hope I've still got them. Well, I had the Lindy Pine letter as I hitherto suspected!

PS. After writing about Strontium Dog elsewhere, please tell us about your influences Meertoh (esp. Judge Dredd, Carlos Eszquera (sp?) or Cam Kennedy? Vanyo or Geoff wotnot?)

Just asking cos your Dredd is very Eszqueran.

:quick:

PS. How influential was Joe Colquohoun on your oeuvre?
