$35 for two custom figures with customised packaging is about right. I have seen single customised figures go as high as $65. Those tend to have a lot of work done to them, though. I will be honest with you. I would never let one of my customs go below the $20 mark. That is because of the amount of work I put into them and the fact the base figures cost me a lot over here.
Just as an example: I have had people expect me to sell them for around $10. That was my Pinhead figure from the Hellraiser series:

The parts alone cost me more than that. They wanted to comission one from me for $10. Needless to say the deal fell through without me even starting. I am not a charity. Each one of those pins in the head are implanted individually.
Just a straight repaint of Quarrel, I would charge about $20. This is due to the cost of getting the figure and postage, plus the time and effort needed in painting and modifying the joints so that the paint does not rub.

I didnt buy this pack because I dont need another scarlett or hawk and I dont need that issue AGAIN but if they did those molds as red mack and Quarrel! Id be all over that !
