Blades has just recieved his new chopper, after those Cobra nicked the plans for his other ride and he pranged the only one left, he had to find a replacement !
Cue this new beast. It even comes with a cockpit too!
Not sure about painting the nose yellow too, I do have a spare so tell us if it should be yellow or black?

It does look good, but will you be adding some of that grey camo scheme? Definitely needs something to break up the black.

i think the engine cover should be black too with some camo and the yellow sas stripes somewhere, down the rear section maybe?

I was debating the grey cammo, it would fit in with the Whale/Attack boats too.
As for the stripes, they would match the other SAS vehicles of the older type, just need to weild the
craft knife and make some templates.
I was going to set up the T.A.C platform and put a scene together with the Whale and Attack Boats.
Unfortunately, the Dragonfly is a little too large for the Heli Pad :(

thats a great ( and IMVHO Better better than the original ) ride for Blades and a wondeful update

I say make the stripes first and then look at it first to see if the yellow nose cone might be too much

The stripes are so easy in photoshop, I just did the yellow as one, then two, then three, then four pixels deep.

They're up in the Words files here

I do like the yellow panels but they may be a bit much, now something that just occurred to me which I don't think has ever been done is a black SAS dagger on a yellow background. Would that work, do you think?

I'd also suggest adding a red Action Force logo on each side. It was those that really made my customs spring to life when I did them.

I like the idea of the black dagger, I`d have to keep the yellow panels on to try it though.
I do have a few spares for this lying in boxes, so in essence ,like the Rattler, it could have
interchangeble parts .
Just thought now too, I have a set of tiger force engine covers, they keep the yellow
and have black cammo stripes as a bonus!

Found the Tigerfly covers, seem to make a good match, breaks up the yellow a little

Blades has also had a makeover, took some legs and arms from Backstop and
repainted a few bits and he now has a chunkier presence to go with his new ride.

Looks more like a chopper pilot with an elite team with the new parts. Good choice. I aasume you are going to paint them grey to fit in with the colour scheme?

Not sure on going all grey and black yet, I might lean towards yellow
sidepacks, to coincide with the chopper.
Mind you if were to be shot down, yellow wouldn`t do him any favours.
