German Q Force - The TSATT

Last Thursday I recieved not one, but 2 german :qforce: q force swordfish vehicles - one from board member Lady Jaye & another from ebay.

Between the two I have a cracking nice, complete vehicle. Trouble is that on their own I don't have a complete vehicle.

The one vehicle has great stickers but the front gun is broken. The other vehicle has perfect guns and no damage, but also very few stickers.

In an ideal world I could take the stickers off the one, add them to the other and bingo - a perfect vehicle.

This is probably a fruitless request, but anyone happen to have a scan of the german stickers for the swordfish?

I've had old star wars vehicles where the stickers have dried up over the years and practically fall off when touched. If only I could dry these stickers out somehow so that they would fall off and then I could glue them on the other one. Any ideas? Leave it in the airing cupboard for a month?

Any thoughts at all...

Muchos Regardos,

Paul

I wouldn't even try to remove the stickers, try asking at gijoe.nl for a sticker sheet or scan.

Andy, that's not a bad idea actually. I think I'll try that with some other vehicle, see how it turns out.

Baron, never heard of that site. Just had a look and it's a bit foreign, but there's an english language forum there at the bottom. Just can't find the place to post a new topic. I'll have to have a proper look on the weekend. Cheers for the link!

If we have scans of the sticker sheets we should go to the 2 or 3 transformers sites who do sticker sheets ( precut too ) for all thier old transformers, if we have the scans they usually will do it especially if there is a lot of people who want it.

I was never much of a fan of q-force but the more and more I look at it, the more more cool they seem to be

does that boat float in the water?

looks like it might be top heavy

Little chance in succeeding over there as I am one of the very few members overthere that collects Action Force next to GI Joe. To make it easy for you I have just posted your question: click here

No need for. You can get stickers professionally printed at any printshop for a few bob.

Does my sh*t stink? Come on, this is basic knowledge. Go wash your mouth out and go study so proper Action Force in stead of that American crap! :D

Ah, ever the master of tact and eloquence

Yep, it's an inflatable rubber ring at the base with a stopper at the back.

Yeah sorry, I know I should stop doing that.

The Swordfish floats perfectly. It is an ideal vessel for some serious rubber duck hunting whilst in the bathtub! :)

The only thing I never understood was why Palitoy used paper stickers on a toy made for use in water.

No worries, you crack me up man.

I'm pretty certain my Swordfish and Stingray both survived their bathtime adventures intact, maybe the plasticy stickers were a UK variant?

Hey, while I have you, please can you repost your Muton photo?

Hey, you are the one that f***ed up the board! ;)

Seriously, I hosted the picture somewhere, copied the link but lost track of where it was hosted originally. Perhaps I have got the original somewhere at home, but not sure.
