Who was collecting German Exclusives? ATT, SATT, etc.

I have been trading a few German items with somebody in UK. He asked me to contact him if I would run into more stuff.
I have run into a pretty large lot of German items. Most items I have already in my possession. Willing to sell at low cost.

try paul from cardiff.i seem to remember him saying something about german stuff,so its probably him
