Blood for the Baron!

So I saw this film over Christmas. Its all unknown Belgian actors. A group of elite partisan are tasked by the Belgian government in exile to transfer a submarine in Belgian Congo to the United States during World War 2 for Operation Paperweight with a cargo of Uranium.

I dont know if it is true or not but ..... a rag tag group of partisan are tasked to pilot a submarine with minimal training across the Atlantic? Feels a bit far fetched to me.
