Blood for the Baron!

I have great news my transcontinental friends. This past Saturday was Free Comic Day here in the States. One of the comics released was IDW's new ROM comic. The comic also included an exclusive story introducing IDW's new Action Man comic! Exclamation affraid I picked up a copy and was pleased. I then found a scan online. I saved it to Dropbox so you all could take a look. I hope you enjoy:

Some observations:

Action Man is English ( cheers ) and seems closer to the 1996 cartoon version

Doctor X is the villain. He's not seen, though there are X-Robots

He has support staff and one accompanies him on the mission (no one we recognize; e.g. Natalie, Red Wolf, etc.)

On another note, I can't see to get this in order mo matter what I do, but I think you can follow it .

I quite enjoyed, ROM too. I have my copies reserved, nice to gave some new reading material.

Only 2 more days!!

I had no idea this was happening until today. I grew up with the old Panini comic and this seems to hark back to that era as well as the VAM era with the use of the old logo. Can't wait to get my hands on an issue!

Anyone have more scoop on this? Read the previews so I'm curious if anyone read the entire issue and if so what do you think?

Makes me wonder if there will be a toy comeback.
