I am missing the option: I don't like any figure in this Force.
All ugly buggers, but if I really have to choose I'd go for Surfer.

Phones by a mile! Not only did the name echo (pun unintended) the sonar operator from STINGRAY (I love that show!) but the figure was pretty neat. He looked 'aquatic' while not neccessarily having to be 'in the water' (if you see what I mean).
