Need info on a revised copter from the 2009 AM line

Hey everyone.
Trying to help someone ID this MIB 2009 AM Shadow Striker. I've never seen this one before, and I haven't been able to find anything about it. I have images from the 2009 Toyfare Action Man display and its not there either. It looks like its a remolded Turbo Copter from 1995 or the Rescue Copter from 1999, but it has wings and missiles added to it. Now it is possible that this was a demo version, as some other items in the lot he got it from has velcro on the backsides like from a display, but it may also be some European exclusive, as he is in the Netherlands. Anybody know anything?

Looks like it might be the heligun with a new cockpit and new wings?

I worked for (at the time) the UKs largest independent toy retailer in various stores throughout the life of the "new" AM line from the Action Man overstickered 12" Joe figures figures to the death of the range and never saw this in store (we stocked a huge amount) or at the three toy fairs I visited.

Out of the box it definitely rings a bell but not in those colours. Seem to remember it in dark green?

From what I was told it was only sold through Tesco, I do not own the above chopper, a friend sent me the pics. I own the maxcopter heligun version (grey with green cockpit).

Ah ok. Definitely remember selling either that chopper or one very similar in another colour though.

The packaging is consistent with the Tesco exclusive releases.

I do wish I had more info on it, the guy who sent me pics speaks a different language and even with google translator there's a language barrier, he got his at some mall shop in Mexico City. I would love to find one for my own collection, who knows word has it Hasbro is about to revive the Action Man line later this year, maybe some of these harder to find items will resurface.

From info I've heard, this was probably released in Mexico. It does look like the Rescue copter that I have that was the second reissue of the copter in orange.
The wings are a different addition.
