Red Shadows Return in issue # 211!

Yep, you heard right! Cobra, Revanche (the "Blue Ninja" cyborgs) and the Red Shadows have joined forces. It's the equivalent of Spider-Man facing all his worst enemies at once. The result will be the "Death of Snake-Eyes" story arc. Not only do we have the return of the Red Major and the Red Shadow troopers, but Red Laser returns by the Major's side! Some of the Joes are able to disguise themselves and are actually able to infiltrate the secret base of the Red Shadows, were they find an ominous creation being formed under the guidance of Red Laser. Also included is the Shadow Trak, but no sign of Red Vulture at this juncture.
I'm sure more is coming in the next few issues!
