modern Guillotine

Finally had the time and parts to finish off my Guillotine custom. I've been wanting to do this for the longest time and when I had a 2 defective 50th Eels, then I thought it'd be perfect to use those bodies to make a Guillotine.
Backstory on the custom is basically, since he's a formal Cobra Eel, then he should have some elements of the Eels uniform on him. Let's say this was a kinda transitional uniform between his time as a Cobra Eel before he became the Plague Leader.
Because his backpack was hollow and not too thick, I had to think of a creative way add a peg as I couldn't just drill one into it. Ended up cutting an Alley Viper nightstick and drilling some indents into his backpack to pressure fit the stick into the backpack.
