Hi there,

is there anybody who can tell me, if the figures in the yellow squares are from the Action Force/ GI Joe series?

There not Joes mate they are another toy line called Lanard.

The Orange is a Cobra Incinerator but the rest is Lanard, just like wolforrest has pointed out

Yep they're The Corps! by Lanard. There used to be an excellent Corps! site but it shut down recently. Not sure about the first guy at the top but the bottom row l-r are Bengala, Crusher McClosky (I think), Gunner O'Grady, Hammer, Cybor Trooper, Jones (I think), Large Sarge and I don't know the guy at the end.
