warning: ultimate cobra commander fault

a heads up to any of you guys who may have bought an ultimate cobra commander. .. many have brought this figure and have encountered a stuck head... if you you attempt to move or remove his chromed head you will break it!
Gary of wojm fame told me of this and today I seen online that its a common problem I have just checked mine and I have one like it but after running my hot tap till its at its hottest and filling a cup I was able to remove the chromed head without snapping the neck off like so many people did.. I left it submerged in the cup of hot water and was able to remove its head without causing damage to the figure!!
