Need an ID on this figure please. Can't find which version of Major Bludd it is. Is it just a frankenjoe?

I'm just guessing he must be a frankenjoe of
's head from the 2nd and 4th versions, on a
torso. I may find more from the year sculpted behind his leg.

D'oh! I even have/had a carded Chinese Mjr Bludd too. What a dufus. Thanks for the help everyone.
