I've inputted those settings and it doesn't seem to have made a difference. If it helps, users are getting this message after posting threads:

Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 535 Error: authentication failed

When you say the username and password are my mailbox details, do you mean my streamline username and password, or my forum username and password.

I have tried them both with no success, I have also tried the Mysql Username and password you provided when I added the forum with no joy.

Sorry I can't be more helpful, I'm not the most tech savvy person!

I've set up a mailbox for my domain; ironblood@bloodforthebaron.com

I have set the forum settings as:

SMTP Server Address: smtp.bloodforthebaron.com
SMTP Username: ironblood@bloodforthebaron.com
SMTP Password: *** (my mailbox password)

I have also tried:

SMTP Server Address: smtp.bloodforthebaron.com
SMTP Username: ironblood
SMTP Password: *** (my mailbox password)

But when a user posts on the board the message is still:

"Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 535 Error: authentication failed
DEBUG MODE
Line : 132
File : smtp.php"

and no auto-notification e-mail is sent.

That is all I have filled out. I get all of the notifications for my board. That is all I know
