Blood for the Baron!

I think it was a plain white cardboard box.

If my memory is working right this morning The Commander came with a pistol, skeletron came with nothing. (except his toothy grin).

We did quite well with the mail ins, we got 1 original commader (green cap cover) 5 Red Cap commanders and a skeletron.

I Definitely got 2 Q Force Deep Sea Defenders from the Comic (no way would I ever have bought three of those things otherwise), I also seem to recall getting a Z Force Infantryman from the comic.

They were definitely on Battle Action Force Covers, might also have been on the Eagle covers, as I used to buy that as well, and my mini comics did definitely come from the Eagle.

My Old Man (bless him) sent away for the figure for me as a wee lad. I ended up receiving TWO!

Basically Dad sent the mail in card without a final medal attached and a nice letter to Palitoy explaining that our local toy stores only had the same figures I already had....Palitoy sent me one and a few weeks later another arrived!

Thats what you call customer service! My figures came in sealed bags in simple brown jiffy type envelopes with a small blue Colt 45 pistol....

Both my commanders, brown cap & red cap, came bagged with a blue pistol. Cannot recall anything fancy, just a figure slammed in an envelope. Country: Netherlands.

I seem to remember a plain white box or two arriving, with figs bagged inside.

Skeletron definitely came sealed in a bag sometimes, with his tiny sticker sheet:-


I suspect Commander and Kraken weren't in bags though - I've never seen a "sealed in bag" one of either for sale or even a picture of one.

I bet had osteo-arthritis.....

I got Eagle, Breaker, Baron Ironblood and maybe Skip in the BAF giveaway. My first figures, that you couldn't buy in NZ. Spent all my pocket money on them. I got the Manta and Cobra Commander v2 (Toltoys) in a mailway back home too. Oh happy days.
