Branching out

OK, it's come to this. The BFTB forum is sleepier than ever right now. It may be down to the crash last year, or it may be that social media has just moved on. In any case, I'm planning to launch a BFTB facebook page as a result.

At first I'll just plug the forum events; COTM winners, Rising Sun releases, events and announcements - and I'll tie everything in to ATCS and RORC, to see what happens.

I remember last year that other Elites were volunteering to run similar things on Twitter and the like... sadly that discussion was lost. Please could you shout out and let me know your thoughts, and we'll work on a co-ordinated release.

Think the boards were maybe a little quiet last summerish time? Hopefully thats all it is.

Jim,

Will the forum still exist as is? I'd prefer not to go down the line of facebook.

In terms of sleepiness the VAM forum's are very, very quiet.

Increasing coverage should surely never be a bad thing. Hope to see some of my customs appearing as COTM winners!

Will update on Tumblr when back at the FOB. Basically 48 followers, at least one de-lurked here and posted, most interest from North America. Most popular items are dioramas, customs/specials, the Roboskull. Tried to balance the history of :AFLogo: via mainly BFTB-linked sources with highlighting initiatives/exclusives/news here, also kept it a bit retro and basic.
