Blood for the Baron!

This is just a Renegades Scarlett head with the hair painted yellow, placed on my Undercover Scarlett/Quarrel prototype figure (AKA Squirrel).

I think I need to add a lighter shade of yellow to the hair though.

Sunburst Yellow from Games Workshop is good for Quarrel's hair Meertoh it's what I used on my custom of her.
