Variants or custom paint job?

Action Force lot on Dutch trading site. Most stuff is not really interesting and it's definately overpriced, but what caught my attention is Space Force figures. Variants or customs? Personally I think the latter, but maybe some of you have seen these before.

Ive seen them listed on the same site before as customs, maybe a different seller butnot too sure.
