Are Spiders getting bigger?

Just seen a massive spider in my kitchen- must have been almost 4".
(i know that probably small to some), but its the biggest spider Ive ever seen here.
Do you think they are getting bigger?
And more numerous?
Ill tell you- its one spin off from getting a floor laminated they dont advertise.
I hate the buggers.

It's flies I hate. But no, today I liberated a spider from the living room which can't have been more than 5mm across. I don't think big spiders are new, you just didn't notice them on the carpet.

jesus christ that aint no normal spider what you been feeding it its a wonder it didnt drag you of and eat you or part of you if thats three years ago watch out it doesnt come back knocking on yer front door asking for his room back bloody spiders give me the ebbie jeebies

It's a Harvest Spider, get over it already. Get 6 in a bath tub - of their own volition - makes Eisenblut look like a militant humanitarian. Maybe that's what he does in his summer vacation while they fill in for global bad karma.

Yeah, I pored over that one for hours as a boy, had to have them ALL!!!

So, did they arrange the European models in the exact identical pose as the UK photo, or have the logos been altered?
