Blood for the Baron!

I have looked for pictures of the german vs the standard release and I cant seem to find the german version with any of the german stickers.
Is there a difference besides the german ones seem to have the red rims. I know that some of the standard versions also had red rims

No skull and cross bones on the wind screen me thinks.

i was thinking there should of been a lighting bold or something
