Thanks for all the comments guys.

Humby, most of the design team are still alive I believe. About 18 months - 2 years ago, I went to the Palitoy talk they sometimes do at the museum. About half the audience was actually the Palitoy design time. I took the chance to speak to them after the event - in particular Bob Breakin, who I recall was the Head of the design team and put together the original Series 1 concept and designed items like the cardborad HQ (and Death Star). I told him about my enjoyment of Action Force and mentioned BFTB. He seemed to know about us - presumably The Baron and Dave Tree? I gave him my e-mail address, but I didn't get his! I've not heard from him since then. Nice guy though.

Baron, more than happy for this to be in the archive - an honour. Let me know if you need anything different etc.

Some updated pictures showing the excellent backdrop created by The Baron. Finishes the display off a treat.

That realy enhances the display
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

Wow, congrats on the opportunity! Great setup and I remember seeing the space force havoc back when you first made it and loved it then, but I guess the more I see it the more I absolutely have to make myself one!

Thanks guys and thanks again Baron for the finishing touch. Wild Weasel, since I posted the original pictures, I've added the track and engine covers, which finish it off nicely. I need to re-do the canopy at some point - I used normal tape to mask it, which left a residue that went cloudy when I tried attacking it with white spirit!
