Would you live in a house like this:

It supposedly the former flat of Jimmy Saville, so who knows what might be in the cupboards. Though in its current status if you squinted you could be back in the 70s.

Louis Theroux might be in Jimmy's sock hamper locked away all these years.

It's a very epic part of Leeds if you want a city on your doorstep and some greenery, great location. With the dosh, surefire buy. Provenance allowing ...

Sometimes there are concerts in Roundhay Park (says an agèd person who things U2 in Roundhay Park c. 1996 equals "sometimes") so that would be annoyingly loud, or very handy.

Carpets are in a f*cking state. No comment.

Small Child : I don't want to walk down this dark country lane Jimmy it's cold and scary
Jimmy : how do you think I feel I have to walk back on my own!!

I really do not like the flat at all even if that pointy faced f*ck nut lived there or not it's how you say 'sh*t'
