Kind of reminds me of the Dr Who episode The Sea Devils part 4 or 5 in reverse.

Holy Kraken Crapola, am getting flashbacks to a prior sensitive crime on this forum

Very nice custom. Gotta be a goddarn pedant and back up Lady Jaye on the gloss vs. matt issue. What happened to the Jimbo B&Q tip? For next time

Actually, ignore that, top custom.

:quick:

PS. Obviously :baron2: would always want gloss over matt. Like he couldn't afford to break the fuggin bank!?!? I feel a Baronial Changing Rooms episode inevitably coming onto BBC World...

Nice custom, however isn't this to much of a military vehicle instead of a more futuristic ones that the Red Shadows have ?
Good job couldn't have done it myself.

BTW. which paint do you use ? To much gloss, most vehicles have a mat (don't know if this is a english word ) finisch.

I used the same B&Q Plastikote that Jimbo recommended, only I used a Satin varnish. They aren't that shiny in the flesh!

Yeah Jaye made the same point about the Skystriker and to be honest it hadn't occured to me. Too late now!

Still looks great though. For future custom jobs an idea. Must have been a hell of a job to make so much custom vehicles at once.

Nah, would've taken much longer to do them individually. I had no idea how much fun spray painting is, it's incredibly satisfying. Almost takes the sting out of spending over £100 on paint! I did get a welt on my thumb from cutting out all of the stickers, mind.

Guess you have to suffer for your art El Baroni... anyway, cheers for B&Q notes, zees eez becoming much more complicated than any painter could have preedeecteed.... I hope B&Q stocks & sales plummet!
