I've never seen them either. I think the Commander came in a box, with no sealed bag. I have Commander on a Custom Cardback that Paulitoy got made. I did have Skeletron MISB but sold him. MISB annoys me - I can't figure how to display it, so I sold pretty much all my MISB stuff on.
