Z Force Engineer Section preparing their jeep for the next battle. The nameless soldier packs Tracker's bergan for him; meanwhile Scout checks over his mines.
Out front Oculus sets up one of the Command Centre surveillance cameras. A member of the Heavy Machine Gun Section stands guard in the Double Devasation Cannon, whilst his section commander reloads the Rapid Fire Cannon.
Jammer keeps an eye on things and Quarrel checks the map and orders for her next mission. You can just about see the rubbish bin on the floor behind Jammer's seat. Weapons are near at hand!

Second Prison Cell used as a medical room (I've a few more items to add to this to make it look better). Doc and a nameless aide administer drastic surgery to Duke who failed to survive contact with my children and the lawnmower (that is my son left him on the grass and I must have run him over - not my son ran amok with the machine!). Not that I'm sorry I never liked the bugger anyway, as he embodies the end of THE Action Force!!!!!!....................OK, I'm calm again. Bandages are courtesy of my wife, but she also snuck a coke bottle top in with a flower in it, which I managed to spot and remove before the photo was taken
I've converted the other console station into a workshop (like it was mean't to be according to Assault on Atoll Z). Calibre, Z Force Armourer, inspects a couple of HKs. Some of Gaucho's other tools lie behind him.
Gaucho gives Steeler a hand to make some repairs to the Goddess' power pack. Hussar (my other tank commander) looks on giving advice where it is obviously not needed

As every good mechanic knows whatever tools you think you need, at the end of the day as long as you've got a big hammer, you'll get by! Nearby Shrapnel check his AS80 engine.

Out back Skip gives the key commanders his orders for the next battle. Wheels' jeep sits nearby. In the end I kept the fuel cans as they were, drilled holes in the bottom, and now they fit tightly to the pegs that are used to stand additional figures on the jeep's sides.
And finally the rest of my troops ready to go. I've got about another dozen Z Force figures, but they are in "Jimbo's Workshop" undergoing 'reconfiguration'. They will fill out the empty jeeps and gun emplacements. The GI Joe APC will be finished in a couple of days. I have another AF APC in the post. I'm going to swap the internal piece so that I have one 'command' variant as standard and one 'troop carrying' variant in the right colours. I'll be left with a GI Joe outer (I have the desert paint scheme back cover) and one AF inner. So if anybody needs anything let me know. Otherwise I'll paint it green and use it as another 'command' variant, but I don't think it'll look right. I was considering painting it black and using it as SAS Force troop carrier/command vehicle, but I came up with a better idea.
