Customizing is DIY. You can buy some complete instant solutions, but they are not considered to be cool as they aren't unique. Watch out with fluorescent lighting next to open electronic circuits. It interferes very much! For a household gaming PC it is not much of a problem, but definately not suited when doing high-end sound processing. BTW the PC on the picture is not mine.

I've built one using that same case, for a customer, not me. I call it the wank factor. Fill it up with beer and grab a straw.

I've also had to do a few insurance jobs and the looked remarkably like Pic 2.
