Yep in the US Tiger Force got a repainted Recondo while we got a repainted Wild Bill. Though the posters still show Recondo driving a Tiger Paw even though he didn't make it over here at retail (I think).

I don't think he did ODB as I wanted to buy him and was pissed off not being able to but saw he was advertised on the back of Transformers UK comics with the rest of the Tiger Force Range.
