The big question is which free figure to go for:-

I originally thought that it was a black outfitted Cobra Commander that was the 3 3/4 inch one, so was definitely having that, but it now seems I was mistaken and it is looking like a Diver, which doesn't do as much for me as the excellent Action Man tribute. Now he'd look nice on my shelf.... Decisions decisions.
If you're not into the Iron Grenadiers, you can always make the Undertow figure a minion of Red Jackal and part of the Red Shadows.

Wish someone had said that to me about 40th AM
You know I'll not listen though. It's not "IF", it's "WHEN".
And have you seen the figure? He's got an ace beard.

Just joined up, seriously considering a trip across to the Con. as well.
Has the Con. location been revealed yet?

I got my membership sorted. Apparently you show as Trooper for a day or so, until they update their server or something, and then you show as officer. Or, in my case, you show as Trooper, and tehn impatiently email them seeral times over teh course of the day until they actually change it to stop you from pestering them.
And I've changed my choice - I'm having the 12 inch chap! He'll look ace as a pilot, and will cost them more to post him to me, thus giving me better value for money from my membership.
Buddosky - just take one spare pair of pants and socks, and leave the rest of the suitcase empty - you'll be bringing a lot back with you! 29.9kg of Action Force/GI Joe goodnesss!

"Anything to declare sir?"

"Yes, a small Shadow army in this case here"

Ohhhhh yes!
And the day he arrives, and I put him carefully into the relevant outfit, and then place him lovingly onto the highest shelf in my cabinets, will be a very proud day indeed. I just hope he will fit and is not too big for the shelf.
Oh yes, it will certainly give me a thrill to see that 12 inch Chopper go up, even if it is a tight squeeze!!

Sorry Jamar - that's another thread I've jacked with filth.
