Re: Any Torchwood fans? <SPOILERS>
Maybe this sould be the last Torchwood?
It would have to be something truly special to follow up this story..besides the last episode felt like a proper ending to the whole story.
Can anyone remember that other Sci-fi thing the B.B.C put out a few years ago? The aliens where called N.D's(?) & it was very dark & bleak..the aliens were harvesting men for some reason & the gorverment had to Nuke a small Scottish(?) town in the end to contain the problem, what was it called?
Moxey (can't remember the actors real name) from Auf-Wiedershen Pet, played a scientist who I seem to recall jumoing into a resevoir to spread an alien virus of some sort?

Re: Any Torchwood fans? <SPOILERS>
There have been at least 2 Survivors series by Terry Nation one just on recently and the original in the 70's I think.

Re: Any Torchwood fans? <SPOILERS>
the one T-Shot's referring to is Invasion Earth. i watched it. the aliens were called nD's because they came from n-Dimensional space and were harvesting organic matter. they nuked the Scottish town to destroy the nDs. it's all there in the wiki article.

Re: Any Torchwood fans? <SPOILERS>
That's the one! I remember it being very dark & depressing
like a lot of the Beeb's Sci-Fi out-put though out the years.
Star Cops was another series I can only just vaguely recall, I'm keeping an eye out for the D.V.D boxset..when I can find one @ the same time I've got some spare cash
Anyone remember that Sci-Fi based big budget game show "Scavengers" on I.T.V. staring John Lesley?
