For what its worth here is the cover of the comic that was suppose to come with her,
its clear that this was where the figure was suppose to come in,
the scarlett on this cover has the Jacket thing

I think your right! so what is/was the quarrel inspired one? god I hope the collectors club doesnt do her with red hair, if they did her with RED HAIR im going to totally give up on them. I mean if the club is going to go that far in doing her they should do it right and do it with blonde hair!

There has already been an arctic scarlett as such she was packaged with Snake-Eyes and Kwinn they came with #2 in the Marvel run

im hearing rumours that this figure will be one of the international figures for sale on the con this weekend.
Im really hoping they dont give her RED HAIR though
if she is you can expect her to be shown in the comic.
in any case there are international figures coming and they will be in the comic, lets hope they are some of the ACTION FORCE CAST or the ARGEN 7 guys
