The books look awesome but what is the timeline like. Is there a pre-order right now?

I used to lurk here years ago, and just reactivated my account about a week ago. I'm going insane hoping to get my hands on these books! Thanks so much for all the hard work, and curse you for driving me insane waiting for all three volumes to be released!
