The bat wings on the :cobra: logos remind me to the Evil Horde insignia from MOTU.
And Mickey cannot sue you. He was very busy suing Disney for putting him into a preschool show, they got an agreement outside court and Mickey dropped the charges in exchange to star in actual funny cartoons again.

humby248 wrote:Great use of the X wing! Love loads of ordnance on the wings Must admit I have about 2 or 3 scrap ones without canopies lurking around and am still trying to think up a use for them. Although maybe R2 would have been better as a gun turret or something else?
Thank you Sir. If you want to steal... I mean pay homage to my idea then you have my blessing. ;) The canopy isn't too clever on mine but it'll have to do. It probably wouldn't be impossible to make one I suppose. The Dragonfly(what else ;) ) nose gun actually fits quite well over the R2 unit but the X-wing function doesn't work.

May I suggest the addition of a couple of (long) missiles onto the top wing tip positions.
How dare you! :-D I'm just messing. I've got a pair of the original laser weapons that fit on there and was going to cut them down and add mini gun barrels to them. ( I never got around to getting the mini guns alas.)

I did that especially for you DAM-Man. ;)

Thank you all for your support and having good taste- (give yourselves a pat on the back). :-D
Ps. How about it Baz, my Dragon Snake jet vs your Silver Striker jet in a duel for the skies in COTM October? Or are you Chicken?

I like this custom Firefight. Oh, and I do have chickens at the bottom of the garden, but don't consider myself one of them. I can paint better them then at least.

Did you not like my COTM entry for September then? In fact, I am running out of customs to enter, as my time is taken largely up with my 2 year old. I am working on a few mind, so watch this space.

May I request that everyone boycotts Octobers COTM so I may enter and stand a chance of winning. I will then be able to sit back and await death with a smile on my face.

We may not get there if Baron doesn't shut August and open September ;)

Thanks Baz. Your Flying Frog custom is excellent. The paint job looks factory done.(Obi-Wan has taught you well). But..(you knew there was a but coming), if you have ever seen a fight between a Frog and an Asp then you know it doesn't end well for the Frog does it? :-D I am a gentleman (when it suits me), and was just offering you a fair fight. Firefight likes to fight fire with fire. (sometimes though like Han, I just like to shoot first).

You can't out-customise me son. I am your Father...

Where is "Dark Helmet"? Is he off building a space station or something? ;)

Depends whether it's a mutant, alien frog vs an earthly ASP I suppose. The old AF-5 had hidden depths anyway - so much funtionailty that it can beat an ASP on that count. I never vote for my own work, so will I vote for firefight or someone else?

Hi guys, I've got some bad news to tell you so sit down and pour yourselves a strong drink. There's no F.F.F. tomorrow. I'm sure that you were really looking forward to it () but it just couldn't be helped. I've still got some work to do on my double triple whammy (a custom set that I've mentioned before), so you're just going to have to stay strong and endure for the time being. () To be a complete Master of the Bush, it's not just a case of going down to Alphabet Street, I've got to get my hands on some sticky stuff all the way from Canada. I also have to be able to pull three feisty Greek ladies...
It's a dirty job but someone's got to do it. :-D
I'll see you sometime in the near future. Hasta luego.
